Welcome to Your E-Design Package!

Congratulations on purchasing your e-design package! I’m excited to help you transform your space. Below is a step-by-step guide on how we’ll work together to create the perfect design for your home.

Step 1: Fill Out Your Design Questionnaire

To get started, I need to understand your style preferences, functional needs, and vision for the space. Please take a few minutes to fill out the Design Questionnaire provided. The more details you can provide, the better! Think about:

• Your style preferences (e.g., modern, minimalist, boho, industrial, etc.)

• Functional needs (e.g., family-friendly, space for entertaining, home office)

• Specific colors, textures, or materials you like or dislike

• Any inspiration images (Pinterest, magazines, etc.) that resonate with you

• The desired mood/feeling you want for your space (cozy, vibrant, calming)

Step 2: Provide Photos and Room Measurements

To ensure I create an accurate design for your space, please send me:

1. Photos of the room(s) you’d like to design. Make sure to capture the space from different angles and include key features like windows, doors, and architectural details.

2. Room measurements of the space. Include the length, width, and height of the room, as well as the size of any existing furniture or features that will remain in the design.

Step 3: Budget and Timeline

Please provide your budget range for the design project. This will help me create a plan that’s realistic and aligns with your expectations. Additionally, if you have a specific timeline in mind (e.g., "I want to have everything in place by summer"), let me know so I can accommodate it.

Step 4: Receive Your Initial Design Concept

Once I have all the information, I’ll start working on your design! In approximately 7-14 business days (depending on the package you’ve selected), you’ll receive:

• A mood board for your space to reflect the overall concept, style, and feel.

• A floor plan or layout showing how furniture and design elements will be arranged in your space.

• A shopping list with links to products that fit your design. This will include everything from furniture to accessories.

Step 5: Feedback & Revisions

After you receive the initial design, we’ll schedule a feedback call (or you can send feedback via email) to discuss any changes you’d like. During this time, we’ll go over the design together, and I’ll make up to 2 rounds of revisions to ensure everything aligns with your vision and needs.

Step 6: Final Design Delivery

Once you’re completely satisfied with the design, I’ll send you the final design package. This will include:

• Finalized floor plan/layout

• Product links and recommendations

• Styling tips and suggestions for setting up your space

Step 7: Implementation

Now that you have your design package, it's time to start bringing your vision to life! You can implement the design at your own pace. I’m available to offer guidance along the way, whether that means helping with product selection or offering styling advice.

Additional Notes:

• Virtual Check-In: If you’d like, we can schedule a follow-up virtual meeting to review progress and troubleshoot any challenges.

• Retailer Policies: Please double-check the return policies of retailers when purchasing items from the shopping list.

• Ongoing Support: If you have questions or need further assistance during the process, feel free to reach out via email.
